    We expect all participants and visitors to engage with one another in a manner that is safe, courteous, and respectful at all times. Any form of disrespectful behavior, which includes harassment or intimidation, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  2. Compliance with Staff Instructions
    All participants must promptly follow any requests and instructions provided by our staff. Non-compliance with these directives may lead to removal from the premises.

  3. Safety as a Priority
    The safety of all individuals is our foremost concern. Participants are required to adhere to all safety protocols and must immediately report any accidents or injuries to a staff member.

  4. Behavioral Expectations
    Participants and guests who:

    1. Exhibit aggressive behavior, whether verbal or physical

    2. Use offensive language or make derogatory remarks

    3. Engage in theft or vandalism

    4. Provide false information to staff

    5. Make unwanted physical advances or contact Will face immediate removal from the premises and may be prohibited from future access.

  5. Reporting Violations
    Should anyone witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, we encourage them to report the incident to a staff member without hesitation. We take all reports seriously and will conduct thorough investigations as necessary.

    Please use Fairmont Drive exit to access Lake Chabot Road, as the designated route when arriving at our archery range.

  2. Check-In Procedures
    All visitors are required to check in with a staff member upon their arrival. It is mandatory for all participants to complete and submit a signed Waiver of Liability prior to utilizing our amenities.

  3. Operating Hours
    For the most current information regarding our hours of operation and any scheduled blackout days, please refer to our website. Please note that hours may be adjusted at the discretion of management.

  4. Dress Code Requirements
    Participants and visitors are expected to wear attire that is appropriate and non-offensive. Closed-toe footwear is mandatory while on the range. Management retains the right to deny access if the attire does not meet our standards.

  5. Strict No Smoking Policy
    In our commitment to maintaining a healthy environment, we enforce a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises, including all forms of tobacco products and e-cigarettes.

  6. Drug and Alcohol Prohibition
    The possession, use, or influence of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on our property at all times.

  7. Cell Phone Usage
    We kindly ask that cell phone usage be limited to designated areas and that it does not disrupt others during shooting activities.

  8. Underage Participation Policy
    Children aged 14 years and under must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while on the premises. Young adults aged 15 and older may attend unaccompanied, provided they have a reliable means of contact with a guardian.

  9. Food Restrictions
    To maintain a clean and safe environment, no food is permitted on the premises.

  10. Regulations on Equipment Use
    Only equipment that has been approved is allowed for use on the range. The use of broadhead arrows and air bows is strictly prohibited. Participants may be held liable for any damage caused by the use of prohibited equipment.

  11. Lost and Found Policy
    While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, we encourage individuals to report any lost possessions to our staff. Found items should be returned to the designated area for lost and found.

  12. Parking Guidelines
    We ask all visitors to drive cautiously within the parking areas and ensure their vehicles are securely locked. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted.
