Cupid's Ascent: A Valentine's Shoot

Join us on February 14 for a special Valentine's Day archery tournament open to all! This event promises excitement and friendly competition for everyone.

Tournament Structure

  1. Registration & Setup:

    • Register as an individual for $25 or as a couple for $40. Enjoy the festive atmosphere as you prepare for the competition.

  2. Themed Target Rounds:

    • Experience a variety of surprise targets throughout the tournament, including Cupid’s Challenge, where participants can earn bonus points for hitting special targets!

  3. Team Round:

    • Participate in a Couple’s Relay, where pairs work together to hit targets. Each partner must score before the other can shoot again, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.

  4. Final Showdown:

    • The top scorers from the individual and team rounds will compete in a thrilling final round, shooting at a special target for the ultimate title of Cupid's Champion!

Schedule

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Check-In

  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: 300 Round Competition

    • Format Overview:

      • Total Arrows: 30

      • Ends: 10 ends of 3 arrows each

      • Distance: 18 meters (20 yards)

      • Time Limit: 2 minutes per end

  • 11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Break

  • 11:15 AM - 1:15 PM: Continued 300 Round Competition

  • 1:15 PM - 1:45 PM: Scoring and Tabulation

  • 1:45 PM - 2:15 PM: Final Showdown

    • Top scorers from the individual and team rounds compete for the title of Cupid's Champion!

  • 2:15 PM - 2:30 PM: Awards Ceremony

    • Prizes awarded for top scorers, including Cupid's Champion, and recognition of all participants.

Announcing The Peak Performance League

We are thrilled to introduce The Peak Performance League, a year-round league designed to elevate your archery skills and competitive experience. This league is ideal for archers of all levels looking to enhance their performance and prepare for the demands of USAT tournaments.

League Features:

  • Cumulative Scoring: Each match contributes to a cumulative score, tracked as points. Your performance in each game will affect your overall standings.

  • Ranking: Teams or participants will be ranked based on their scores, wins, and other criteria, determining their position in the league.

  • Structure: The league will run year-round with various series.

Kick Off with the 720 Summit Showdown!

We are excited to announce the first series of The Peak Performance League, the 720 Summit Showdown, which will run from March through September 2026.

Event Details:

  • Format: Follows the official World Archery format, featuring a 72-arrow qualification round.

  • Distances: Each week will showcase a different tournament distance, allowing you to train effectively for new requirements.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all archers, regardless of their USA Archery or NFAA membership status.

Participation Fees:

  • Mountaineers: Free

  • Non-Mountaineers: $20 per week

Schedule:

  • Start Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026

  • Time: Weekly on Saturdays at 10 AM

  • Theme: Join us for a St. Patty's Day themed shoot to kick off the season!

  • Safety and Support: Our Range Safety Officer (RSO) and Mountain Guides will assist with safety and provide support throughout the event, creating a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • Exclusive Access: Enjoy private access to our archery range, allowing your team to focus on building connections and enhancing teamwork in a secluded environment.

  • Provided Equipment: We handle the logistics! All essential gear, including bows, arrows, and safety equipment, will be supplied, so your team can concentrate on enjoying the experience.

  • Summit The Mountain Competition: To wrap up the retreat, participants can test their skills in a light-hearted competition, adding a fun way to celebrate their achievements.

Base Price per Participant: $100

  • This includes expert guidance on archery fundamentals and participation in the exciting "Summit The Mountain" competition.

Catering Options: Available upon request, which may affect pricing. Please inquire for details.

Groups Larger than 15: For groups larger than 15 participants, please inquire for customized pricing tailored to your mountain experience.
