Code of Conduct for The Mountain Archery Range
At The Mountain Archery Range, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. By participating in our activities, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. Respect and Sportsmanship
Treat all participants, staff, and spectators with respect and courtesy.
Display good sportsmanship at all times, regardless of the outcome of your performance.
2. Safety First
Follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by the range staff.
Always wear appropriate safety gear, including arm guards and finger tabs.
Never handle equipment in a manner that could endanger yourself or others.
3. Communication
Communicate any concerns or issues directly with range staff in a respectful manner.
Constructive feedback is welcome, but it should be delivered in a positive and respectful tone.
4. Fair Play
Abide by the rules set forth for each event, including any specific guidelines established by the host.
Do not engage in any behavior that could be deemed unsportsmanlike or unfair.
5. Facility Use
Keep the range and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
Return all equipment to its designated place after use.
Report any damage to equipment or facilities to staff immediately.
6. Alcohol and Substance Use
The use of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Participants under the influence will be asked to leave the range.
7. Disciplinary Actions
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, depending on the severity of the infraction.
